wasted days!!!
does anyone find they're awake until it starts getting light then fall asleep then find it impossible to wake up until around 3-4pm!!! its ruining my life unless i go out every night!!!!!

yes this is unfortunately me life.
its not practical to go out every night, especially where i live everything is closed. I also have to look after my daughter so can't leave her alone at night. added to that my wife has just left me so not much chance of me sleeping in any time soon :-)
