So I have complex Post Traumatic Stress disorder

So I have complex Post Traumatic Stress disorder as well as BPD, OCD, Insomnia, Pyschosis. I was having flash backs with something that had a traumatic effect on me, and I could not stop thinking of it and it was giving me a panic attack so I decided to take control and turn all the lights on and run the hot water tap and inhale the steam, I felt a bit better I still have the flashbacks but 10% less traumatic. Does anyone else here…
