FREE social network, chat and support for people who can't sleep: insomniacs
I'm in college, need help with how to talk to her.
FIRST OFF:
1) i have never confronted a girl before.
2) we are in college, not high school.
3) i know absolutely nothing about her. i have no classes with her, and no friends in common.
4) i see her everyday at the same time, in the same place, with the same friends.
5) i want to do this the right way, the correct way.
SECOND OFF:
this is the situation-- i find her BEYOND attractive. from the short moments that i have actually seen her, she is beautiful. just every inch of her gets me to smile at her. i want to walk up to her and say this:
"Hey, i have noticed you around campus, and i know this is gonna sound weird, but i think you're beautiful, and i would like to get to know you."
LASTLY:
i have several questions that need answering.
1) is this acceptable to say, without coming on too strong, or being too forward?
2) should i wait for the right time? i.e. until she is alone, and i can confront her without her friends here? or should i ask in front of her friends?
3) i'm looking for a yes, not a maybe. any help will be greatly appreciated.
P.S.
I'm very intent on getting to know her and seeing her in more than just my thoughts. just want to solidify my plans.

For starters, just say "hey" to her, especially if she's around other people. You'll obviously see her more than once, so there will be plenty of time for conversation. After a few times, ask her something small like what class she's going to. Then, share the same info with her, and just take it from there. Don't script what you want to say or give her your whole life story in one line. Otherwise, it'll come across as being too strong, and she might wind up avoiding you instead of engaging in conversation.

To tell the truth.... I would have been saddened, yet laughing like crazy if a girl had told that to me... XDDo you ask if you could still become friends? 0.o
